Location: Birmingham, AL

Job Scope: Experienced Outside Sales Representative with 3 + years in the business-to-business printing sales market. We are looking for someone who likes consultative selling and problem solving for customers, is competitive, self-motivated and aggressive, with a demonstrated track record of successful business-to-business sales.

This position is for someone who can develop a book of business with the main focus being on opening new accounts in the state of Alabama. This position will have the support of an inside sales staff for assistance with customer issues, order entry and problem-solving. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Our markets are in the durable goods, industrial, automotive, and appliance industries.

Compensation: This position pays a competitive base salary and draw, commensurate with experience, plus unlimited commissions. A highly motivated individual can increase their earnings with no limit on their income level. We also offer business expense reimbursement, a company cell phone, computer equipment and a car allowance.

Duties:Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Understands & practices consultative selling for problem solving with customers
- Can manage the selling process from new account identification through account closure and management
- 50% travel in local territory
- Work from a home office environment
Qualifications:- Prior outside sales experience in pressure sensitive labels, commercial print, or industrial packaging industries
- Demonstrated track record of new account generation.
- Consultative sales experience with good analytical skills
- Knowledge of territory serviced, preferring prior sales experience in the area
