| Description: | Advanced Labelworx, Inc., an industrial label manufacturer for the automotive, electrical, and durable goods industries, is searching for a driven & technically-inclined Thermal Transfer Printer Specialist to work in our Oak Ridge, TN headquarters facility. Only those with at least basic working knowledge of thermal transfer printers need apply. Will be expected to learn the ins & outs of thermal transfer printers in order to support our DatiMrk Division in recommending the right thermal transfer products for field applications.
This is a full-time position which pays a salary or hourly wage commensurate with experience.

| Duties: | - Expertise in thermal transfer printers and accessories
- Research customer’s thermal transfer printing needs and recommend solutions
- Work with Inside Account Managers and Outside Sales Force in proposing thermal transfer solutions and conducting product demonstrations
- Act as the “go-to” person when answers are needed regarding equipment capabilities and technical troubleshooting
- Travel to customer and vendor locations as needed
- Stay current with new thermal transfer printer capabilities, offers, and model releases in order to provide “best fit” solutions.

| Qualifications: | - Prior working knowledge of thermal transfer printers including Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and/or Intermec brands
- Ability to and comfort with presenting technical information and conducting product demonstrations to groups of employees and customers
- Ability to travel as needed to customer locations and vendor training seminars
