| Description: | Job Scope: Experienced Technical Sales Representative with 3 + years in the business-to-business printing or packaging sales market. We are looking for someone who likes consultative selling and problem solving for customers, is competitive, self-motivated and aggressive, with a demonstrated track record of successful business-to-business sales.
This position is for someone who can maintain and grow an existing book of business based in a multi-state area in the Southeastern US. This position will have the support of an inside account management staff for assistance with order entry, order tracking, and estimating. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Travel will be approximately three days per week.
Our markets are in the durable goods, industrial, automotive, and appliance industries.
Compensation: This position pays a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, plus commissions based on account growth. We also offer business expense reimbursement, a company cell phone, computer equipment and a car allowance.

| Duties: | - Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Understands & practices consultative selling for problem solving with customers
- Analyze customers’ label programs to develop & implement cost saving solutions
- Staying current with account objectives, new initiatives, & projects
- 50% travel in multi-state area in Southeastern US

| Qualifications: | - 3 + years of prior outside sales experience in the pressure sensitive label, commercial print, or industrial packaging industries
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing an existing book of business
- Consultative business to business sales experience with good analytical skills
- Knowledge of the SC & NC areas, preferring prior sales experience in the area
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
