| Description: | Industrial label manufacturer seeks an experienced and career-minded B2B Account Manager to work in our Oak Ridge, TN facility. The Account Manager manages a customer base including entering orders on a computer-based system on a daily basis, resolving customer issues, managing parts inventory, and working on new business opportunities. We employ dedicated and driven Account Managers who learn their customers’ businesses and deliver exceptional Service and value.

| Duties: | Responsibilities include:
- Managing a customer base
- Entering orders on a daily basis in our computer ordering system
- Handling & Resolving customer issues
- Managing customers' inventory
- Working with customers on new business opportunities |
| Qualifications: | Applicants must:
- Be detail-oriented
- Be organized
- Be good with numbers (Accounting experience is helpful)
- Be able to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Have good communication skills; both verbal and written
- Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel |
