| Description: | Experienced outside sales representative with 5 + years in the business-to-business printing or packaging sales market. We are looking for someone who likes consultative selling and problem solving, is competitive, self-motivated, aggressive and enjoys cold calling with a demonstrated track record of successful business-to-business sales.
This position is for someone who can open new accounts in the Central Alabama and Western Georgia area using cold call methods. This position will have the support of an inside sales staff for assistance with customer issues, order entry, and problem solving.
The outside sales rep position pays a competitve base salary, commensurate with experience, plus unlimited comissions. We also offer business expense reimbursement, a company cell phone, computer equipment, and a car allowance. Benefit package includes Medical and Dental Insurance and 401K .

| Duties: | ...Our sales representatives are expected to be able to hunt for new business opportunities, solve problems to become value based supplier and be able to build strong relationships throughout multiple levels in an account.

| Qualifications: | Responsibilities for job include but are not limited to:
-Follow the target leads provided to you by the sales management team
-Ability to build strong customer relationships
-Manage the selling process from new account identification through account closure and management
-Analyze the label needs of potential customers
-Implementing label printing and thermal imprinting solutions
-Troubleshooting technical issues with customers
Using Goldmine Database to record all appointments and sales calls. The database entries are monitored daily by the sales management team.
- 3-5 years previous experience selling to Fortune 500 manufacturing companies a must
-Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, great communication skills, and be available for overnight travel several times per month.
-Must be driven by unlimited commision potential
-Must be self starter
